Hardwood Floors:
New installations: Installation and finishing of all varieties of solid-wood floors - in the range of $4-$5 per sq.ft over the cost of the material. Installation of pre-finished solid-wood and engineered floors; hardwood and engineered floors over radiant heat, concrete, etc. Very competitive prices, and because of our established contacts with mills and manufacturers, we can likely save you money on material.
Refinishing and Restoration: Re-sanding and three coats of new finish - $2-$2.50 per sq.ft depending on the area and the existing condition. We’d be happy to give you an estimate.
We have over 12 years of experience on high-end custom homes and high-rise buildings. We offer honest, responsible service, free professional expert advice, and use top quality materials according to manufacture recommendations and the highest industry standards.
Custom Cabinets and Furniture
Our cabinets are furniture quality products made from selected hardwoods, such as cherry, maple, walnut, and mahogany, and our prices are extremely reasonable – just slightly higher than factory-cabinet prices. In addition, we offer over 30 different figured wood species. These exotic, one of a kind, woods (such as fiddle back makore, figured bubinga, figured anigre, myrtle wood and birds eye maple) are usually very expensive and are rarely seen except on musical instruments, custom yachts and very high-end custom furniture. However, as a result of years of research on materials, adhesives, and vacuum pressing technology, we have found a way to use these very rare species at prices comparable to regular hardwood. This is truly a custom look.
