The GreenLight Construction Division is assembled with an extremely talented and experienced team with the goal of redefining commercial construction. After forming in 2007, GreenLight quickly made its mark in the commercial construction market by completing an AIA award-winning project in the acclaimed Cameron Village in Raleigh, North Carolina. From comprehensive interior construction and commercial fit-ups to start-to-finish ground-up construction, GreenLight provides many services in-house, offering a turn-key approach to the construction process, resulting in a more cost-effective solution for the client. GreenLight also offers consulting services for commercial and land development, re-development and design-build, serving markets including hotel, condominium, multi-family, retail, office, restaurant, medical, industrial and government. The leadership is constantly directing their focus to encompass environmentally conscious development and "green" building principles. Several members of the GreenLight team are currently in the process of obtaining their LEED certification and membership in the United States Green Building Council.
